What not to bring

Our summer camps maintain a fun, screen-free environment where campers can fully engage with activities and each other. While we understand electronic devices are valuable, we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss to cell phones or other electronics. We kindly ask that all electronic devices be left at home, as they are not permitted during camp hours. Cell phones will be permitted for communication purposes only.  This helps everyone stay present and enjoy the complete camp experience!

what to bring

Day campers should come prepared with a water bottle to stay hydrated, sunblock to protect from UV rays, and bug spray to keep insects at bay. It’s also important to pack snacks and a lunch to keep energy levels up throughout the day. These essentials will help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable camp experience.

We provide the required sports equipment for all ages. If you have your own racket, perfect! If you don’t you can use one of our rackets.  Before the camp, a reminder will be sent with what you should pack in your kid’s backpacks.

Payments for summer camps

All summer camps require payment 2 weeks before the start date. You will receive a confirmation call 2 weeks prior to your camp’s start date to verify registration and process payment.

We accept multiple convenient payment options for your summer camp registration.

  • E-transfers
  • Online payment at the time of registration
  • Cash, credit, and debit cards (in person at the tennis center)
  • Credit card over the phone

Drop off and lunch time activities

To keep campers engaged before camp starts and during lunch, our camp coaches have a variety of fun and exciting activities planned. These activities are designed to ensure that campers stay active, entertained, and engaged, making the most of their time at camp even during breaks.

Check in / Check Out

For the safety and security of all campers, parents or anyone dropping off or picking up children must sign them in and out each day. This ensures that we have accurate records of each camper’s arrival and departure. Your cooperation with this policy is greatly appreciated.

Waiver

When registering you will be asked to fill in a waiver form. Please ensure this form is filled with all the appropriate information.

No child refused policy

We have a “No Child Refused” policy, ensuring that every child is welcome to attend camp, regardless of circumstances. To learn more or access the necessary forms, please visit the “No Child Refused” tab under the About section, on the abonytennis website where you can download the required documents.

I don’t know which age/level to put him/her in! Please help!
We are allocating a certain number of spots for each age (level). For example, we will have many spots available in each, RED (6-8 yrs), ORANGE, (9-11 yrs) or GREEN/REGULAR BALL (12 plus yrs). This will help deliver a more engaging, fun, learning experience for all campers. We recommend putting your child in their age-specific program. If they happen to be turning a year older DURING camp, we recommend you registering your child for the next level program. EXAMPLE: Your child is turning 6 in September, instead of putting him in Le Petit (4–5-years old camp) we would recommend putting him in Red Ball (6-8 years old camp)
How will I know if my child is added to the camp registration from the wait list?
If your child is on the wait list and a spot becomes available, we will ALWAYS contact you to let you know. We may add your child to the program before we contact you, so the spot isn’t taken, but we will follow up with an email or a phone call!
Is there a discount for multiple camps or multiple children signing up for a camp?
We offer 10% discount when 3 or more kids from the same family sign up for camps. We also offer 15% off when a kid signs up for 4 or more weeks of camp.
